NCAA basketball trivia question
Wherein this was first written as a what do these have in common question Upon reflection I prefer this formulation
Eleven states have never had a college reach the Final Four of the men's NCAA basketball tournament (Division 1). How many can you name?
I'll list the answers in the comments on Wednesday, or you can look at this cool graphic in the NY Times.

4 Comments:
I cheated and looked at the map, think I would have guessed 8 of them correctly, 1 incorrectly and been incapable of coming up with three of them.
I counted 13. I guessed 9 correct.
I forgot Hawaii and Alaska because they weren't on the graphic:
Alabama
Idaho
Maine
Missouri
Montana
Nebraska
North Dakota
South Carolina
South Dakota
Tennessee
Vermont
Memphis made the championship game last season, so Tennessee should be off that list. I think Missouri is the most surprising State to be included, and New Hampshire is a surprising exclusion (can you really count Dartmouth from a billion years ago?)
And though it's hardly a state (just one big tax haven for businesses), Delaware should be on the list.
