In California soon, it may be more illegal to grow tobacco than it would be marijuana.
A bill going through Sacramento would legalize the growing of hemp, so long as the leafy bits pass under a certain level of THC.
I think unregulated tobacco cultivation is a pretty serious offense hereabouts.
But British nanny-statism is beyond belief now.
I'm surprised they don't have a commission responsible for the enforcement of the proper technique and tools with which to wipe one's arse, yet (give them time).
